Complaint Policy

ASAP Diagnostics is committed to providing quality services and ensuring that clients have the right to file complaints without fear of retaliation. Clients may submit complaints directly to our staff, and all complaints will be handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially.
If a client wishes to escalate their complaint, they may contact the following:
- Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)
- Office of Inspector General (OIG)
- The provider’s professional licensing board, if applicable
One of our staff member is responsible for maintaining the complaint log and ensuring appropriate follow-up. All complaints and resolutions will be documented and available for review during inspections.
